SfiERIFF, WORKING FULL TIME FOR A PERIOD OF
P'IVE (5) TO SIX (6) WEEKS AND THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS IN
THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE
On this the 30th day of March 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Ray, Baldwin, Holekamp and Morgan voting
"AYE", and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to
approve John Lavender, part time Deputy Sheriff, working full
time for a period of five (5) to six (6) weeks and to
transfer $2,296.57 from Line Item No. 10-512-105, Secretary,
as follows:
$1,782.30 to Line Item No. 10-560-104, Deputies Salary
224.76 to Line Itme No. 10-.560-201, FICA Expense
289.51 to Line Item No. 10-560-203, Retirement
was approved by a majority vote.
County Judge Edwards left at 1:45 o'clock P. M. and turned the
meeting over to Chairman Pro Tem Morgan.
