On this the 12th day of May 1989, upon motion made by
commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved the hiring of James F.. Blankenship
as Jailer/Dispatcher, effective May 15, 1989, at Pay Group
13, Step 1, $14,02.00 annually, 51,170,:17 monthly, and
$585.08 semi-monthly.

Sirs:
I have hired James E. Blankenship to go to work in the jail as
a Jailer/Dispatcher beginning May 15, 1989. Mr. Blankenship's
beginning salary will be $1,170.17 per month, pay/step 13/1.
Mr. Blankenship has completed his physical, psychological and
drug screen tests as required by TCLEOSE.
