MOTION TO APPROVE HZRIRG A. E. "DICK" STAUDT
AS BAILIFF FOR THE COURTS
On this the 8th day of May 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved the hiring of A. E. "Dick" Staudt
as bailiff for the courts, effective May 1, 1989 at 55.00 per
hour. Mr. Staudt will be considered a part-time employee and
will work less than 20 hours per week.

As of this date, Dr. Harvey Kornblit has been hired to be the
Jail Doctor, Dr. Kornblit has agreed to come to the jail once
a week to answer inmate doctor calls at an amount of $600.00 per
month. His first visit will be this Wednesday, 5/3/89.
Also as of this date, 5/1/89, Dick Staudt has been hired to be
a bailiff for the courts, Dick will be a part-time employee,
working less than 20 hours per week and $5.00 per hour. Dick will
replace Mr. & Mrs. Chaney who have retired due to Mr. Chahey's
ill health.

Dick Staudt has informed me that he will no longer serve civil papers
which would be a conflict of interest when serving the courts as
bailiff.
