On this the 8th day of May 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Hol.ekamp, the
Court unanimously approved the resignation of Ron Barton as
jailer in the Kerr County Jai:t, effective April 15, 1989.
Mr. Barton has no comp time or vacation time due him.
