ORDER NO. 18587
MOTION TO REJECT ALL BIDS FOR REPAIRING OF THE HEATING,
AND AIR CONDITIONING IN THE KERR COUNTY JAIL
On this the 10th day of April 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to reject all bids and not seek
rebids on the repairing of the heating, and air conditioning
in the Kerr County Jail.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED AT 6:15 o'clock P. M. until 1:30
o'clock P. M. Thursday, April 13, 1989.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED IN OPEN SESSION on April 13,
~~ 1989 at 1:35 P. M. with all members of the Court present, and
the Court having duly opened the following proceedings were
had:

COUNTY JAIL AND TO SEEK REBIDS
On this the 13th day of April 1989, Commissioner Ray made the
motion to reject. all bids on lighting for the Kerr County
Jail and to seek rebids. Said motion failed for lack of a
second.
