On this the 10th day of July 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court.
unanimously approved the termination of Jaye Flemming as
Dispatcher, per the Sheriff's recommendation she had not.
passed her 6 month probation period, effective June 29, 1989,
with no severance pay. Mr:>. Flemming has no vacation or
compensatory time coming to her.
