midnight on January 1, 1989 with the following officers

FRBD HOLLAND, Commissioner Precinct #1
BILL RAY, Commissioner Precinct #2
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings
were had:
ORDER NO. 18337
APPROVAL OF BOND OF FRANCES A. KAISER, SHERIFF ELECT
On this the 1st day of January 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved the bond of Frances A. Kaiser, Sheriff
Elect of Kerr County.
Commissioner's Court recessed for the official swearing in of
Frances A. Kaiser as Sheriff of Kerr County.
Commissioner's Court reconvened for further business. There
being no further business Commissioners' Court adjourned.

MOTION TO ADJOURN
On this the 1st day of January 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court
unanimously approved to adjourn Commissioners' Court.
