COUNTY OF KERB BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun
and holden on the 1st day of January 1989, at 1:00 o'clock
P. M., in the District Courtroom thereof, in formal session, a
Special January Term of the Commissioners' Court, with the
following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings

County Judge Danny R. Edwards approved the two bonds of
Commissioner elect, R. Gordon Morgan of Precinct No. 1 and
Commissioner elect, Glenn K. Holekamp of Precinct No. 3, as
County Commissioners of Kerr County, Texas.
Court recessed for the administration of oaths for the above
Commissioners.
Court reconvened with the following members present:
