MOTION TO SET PTJBLIC HEARING FOR REPEAT OF WOOD TRAILS RANCH
SUBDIVISION, LOT 52, PART OF LOT 53, AND LOT 54
On this the 5th day of January 1989, came on to be considered
by the Court the matter of setting a date for a public
hearing on Wood Trails Ranch Subdivision, Lot 52, part of lot
53, and lot 54.
It is ordered by the Court that a Public Hearing be held on
Thursday, February 9, 1989 at 1:30 P. M. in the County
Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas, as provided by Article
... 232.009 "Revision of Plat", Local Government Code, Title 7,
pages 556-557.
Motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner
Morgan, with Commissioner's Baldwin, Morgan and Holekamp, and
County Judge Edwards voting "AYF.", and Commissioner Ray
voting "NAY", was approved by a majority vote.
