MOTION TO SET PUBLIC HEARING FOR REPEAT OF WOOD TRAILS RANCH
SUBDIVISION, LOT 41-A
On this the 5th day of January 1989, came on to be considered
by the Court the matter of setting a date for a public
hearing on Wood Trails Ranch Subdivision, Lot 41-A.
It is ordered by the Court that a Public Hearing be held on
Thursday, January 19, 1989 at 10:00 a.m. in the County
Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas, as provided by Article
232.009 "Revision of Plat", Local Government Code, Title 7,
pages 556-557.
Motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner
Morgan, with Commissioner's Baldwin, Morgan, and Holekamp,
and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray
"ABSTAINING", said motion to set public hearing passed by a
majority vote.
