MOTION TO GRANT A VARIANCE FROM THE 150' RADIUS ON
SEPTIC TANKS SUBJECT TO LOCATION OF WELLS
On this the 5th day of January 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to grant a variance on the 150'
radius on septic tanks for Cullum Lake Estates, subject to
the placement of well locations on plat to the satisfaction
of Mr. John Whitehead, Head of the Kerr County Environmental
Health Department.

MOTION TO APPROVE REPEAT WITH NO CHANGES
On this the 5th day of January 1989, Commissioner Baldwin
made the motion to approve the replat of Cullum Lake Estates
with no changes. Motion failed for lack of a second.
