On this the 5th day of January 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Ray and Morgan and County Judge Edwards voting
"AYE", and Commissi.oner's Baldwin and Holekamp voting "NAY",
said motion to approve the replat of Cullum Lake Estates
subject to changing Designated County Official to County
Engineer passed by a majority vote.

MOTION TO PAY MP BUTLER CONSTRUCTION $17,008.82
FOR CAMINO REAL
On this the 5th day of January 1989, Commissioner Ray made
the motion to pay MP Butler Construction $17,008.82 with a
retainer of 56,925.08 for the paving of Camino Real, subject.
to the Auditor's approval. Commissioner Holekamp seconded
the motion. After much discussion Commissioner Holekamp
withdrew his second and Commissioner Ray withdrew his motion.
