On this the 5th day of January 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved the paying of 510,500.00, with
retainers of 56,925.08 and $6,508.82, to MP Butler
Construction.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and
County Auditor are authorized to draw a voucher in the amount
a of $10,500.00 out of Line Item No. 15-611-553, Contract Fees,
and payable to MP Butler Construction.
