MOTION TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING FOR A 20 MPH SPEED SIGN
ON DUTCH LANE IN HUNT, TEXAS
On this the 5th day of January 1989, came on to be considered
by the Court the matter of setting a date for a public
hearing for setting a 20 mile per hour speed limit for Dutch
Lane from Church Street to School Lane, between the hours of
7:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. and between 2:30 P. M. and 4:30 P.M.
in Hunt, Kerr County, Texas.
It is order by the Court that the Kerr County Road Engineer,
Gerald W. Menefee, be authorized to issue a notice that a
public hearing will be held on February 9, 1989 at 2:00
o'clock A. M., in the County Courtroom of the Kerr County
Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas, as provided by Article 67019,
Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes. Motion made by Commissioner
Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, and unanimously
approved by the Court.
(This Order was amended by Order No. 18366 on January 9, 1989
to read Dutch Lane from Church Street to School Lane, and all
of School Lane from beginning to Hwy. 1340.)
