MOTION TO APPROVE MR. GERALD W. MENEFEE, KERR COUNTY ROAD
ENGINEER TO PREPARE SPECIFICATIONS ON PAVING AGGREGATE,
EMULSION OIL, CORRUGATED METAL CULVERT PIPE, AND CONCRETE
On this the 5th day of January 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court
unanimously approved for Mr. Gerald W. Menefee, Kerr County
Road Engineer to prepare specifications for bids for paving
aggregate, emulsion oil, corrugated metal culvert pipe and
concrete.
COUNTY JUDGE DANNY EDWARDS called for Executive Session at
4:02 o'clock P. M.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED in open session at 6:12
o'clock P. M. with all members present and the Court having
duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
