CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 9th day of January 1989, came on to be considered
by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr
County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims
and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury,
Road and Bridge, Public Library, Juvenile State Aid Fund,
Traffic Safety Fund, and 216th District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner
Holekamp, with Commissioner's Ray, Holekamp, and Morgan
voting "AYE", and Commissioner Baldwin Voting "NAY", to
approve paying of said bills with the exception of invoice
No. 3029 from the Software Group for 585.00 and the deletion
of the duplicate of invoice No.3161 in probation, carried by
a majority vote.
