18355 BE AMENDED
On this the 9th day January 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved the Minutes of the Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Session on December 12,
1988, Emergeny Session on December 22, 1988, Special Session
on December 27, 1988, Emergency Session on January 1, 1989,
Special Session on January 1, 1989 and the Special Session on
January 5, 1989, recorded in Volume R, Pages 108 thru 150,
with the exception of Order No. 18355 which needs to be
amended to read Dutch Lane from Church Street to School Lane,
and all of School Lane from beginning to Hwy. 1340.
