On this the 9th day of January 1989, came on to be considered
by the Court, the day and dates to be fixed by the Court as
legal Holidays for the year 1989, also that the Courthouse
shall be closed on those days and the Court is of the opinion
that the following days and dates are and shall be declared
as legal Holidays for the County:
