Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court.
unanimously approved to appoint the following to serve on a
committee to interview applicants for the position of
Constable Precinct 2 and to present their recommendation to
the Court:

MOTION TO ACCEPT RESIGNATION OF JOSE BARRETO
On this the 9th day of January 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved the resignation of Jose Barreto
from the Sheriff's Office effective December 31, 1988.
