COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on Thursday, January X9, 1989 at 10:00 o'clock A. M. with all members of the Court, except the County Judge, present and the Court having duly opened the following proceedings were had: R. Gordon Morgan, Chairman Pro-Tem, chaired a public hearing on the replat of wood Trails Ranch, Lot 41A, with 20 members of the public present. Everett Williams addressed the court as both a property owner and as representative of the Homeowners Association and said they had no objections to the replat as long as it was legal and they followed the proper procedures. Gene Moretich, a property owner, expressed concern over the septic systems, waste disposal and the roads being able to accommodate the extra traffic. He stated several people came by his house to discuss the replat and so far no one has been in favor of i.t. Most of them are friends with Mr. & Mrs. Sisca and did not want to offend them so they ask Mr. Moretich to speak on their behalf. They would like to take a .~ vote and let the majority rule. The driveways on the new homes will be subject to the Road Engineer's approval and will provide pipes large enough to provide proper drainage, and the Kerr County Environmental Health Department will supervise septic tanks, water and sewer. It was decided that all lots will connect to the water system there, with no individual wells on the lots. The County Judge arrived at 10:25 o'clock A. M. Dr. Morgan closed the public hearing at 10:35 o'clock A. M. and turned the meeting over t.o the County Judge. COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED IN OPEN SESSION at 10:35 o'clock A.M. with all officers present and the Court having duly opened the following proceedings were had: PAGF, 173 ORDF,R N0. 18389 MOTION TO APPROVE kF.PLAT OF WOOD TRAILS RANCH LOT 41A On this the 19th day of ,7anuary 1989, Commissioner Baldwin made the motion to approve the re-plat of Lot 41A, Wood Trails Ranch, with no variances, subject to obtaining all signatures and the statement be placed on the plat that anyone purchasing on e of the lots will be reguired to tie onto the common water system. Said motion failed for lac k of a second. ORDER NO. 1A390 CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 19th day of January 1989, name on to be considered by the t:ourt the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General Fund, Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Traffic Safety Fund, Indigent Health Care and 216th District Probation Fund.
