MOTION TO APPROVF. REPLAY OE' WOOD TRAILS RANCH LOT 41A
On this the 19th day of January 1989, Commissioner Baldwin
made the motion to approve the re-plat of Lot 41A, Wood
Trails Ranch, with no variances, subject to obtaining all
signatures and the statement be placed on the plat that
anyone pur^.,hasi.ng one of L-he lots wi1.1 be required to tie
onto the common water system. Said motion failed for lack of
a ..>econd.

CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the ].9th day of January 1.989, came on to be
considered by the Court the various claims and accounts
against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts,
which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of
General. Fund, Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library,
Traffic Safety Fund, Indigent Health Care and 216th District
Probation Fund.
Motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner
Fiolekamp, the Court unanimously approved paying of said
bills.
