ORDER FOR PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF CO(INTY DEPOSITORY FOR
TWO YEAR PERIOD
On this the 19th day of January 1989, came on to be
considered by the Court the necessity to make notice by
publication for the County Depository f.or two ensuing years,
as per Section 116.021, Texas Local Government Code, and it
appearing to the Court that such notice should be in
compliance with Section 116.021, Texas Local Government Code,
to enter into a contract with any banking corporation,
~_ association or individual banker, for the Depository of the
County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and
County Public School. Funds of said County in any bank;
therefore, on motion duly made by Commissioner Baldwin,
seconded by Commissioner Morgan, and unanimously approved by
the Court, that the County Judge be, and is hereby directed
to issue such notice of publication in the official newspaper
of Kerr County, located within the City of Kerrville, Kerr
County, Texas, within twenty days before the Regular February
Term, to comply with Section 116.021, Texas Local Government
Code.
