MOTION TO APPOINT OLIVER ROY GREEN AS CONSTABLE,
PRECINCT 2 OF KF.RR COUNTY
On this the 19th day of January 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court. unanimously approved that Oliver Roy Green be appointed
to fill the vacancy of the office of Constable Precinct No.
2, which vacancy results from the resignation of Robert L.
Brown, whose resignation was accepted by the Court effective
December 31, ]-988, and that said appointment be effective
February 1, 1989 and that he be appointed to serve until the
next General Eler,tion and until his sur,~-essor qualifies.

MOTION TO PLACE NEWSRACK FOR KERRVILLE DAILY TIMES
IN THF. CO[TRTHOUSE
On this the 19th day of January 1989, Commissioner Ray made
the motion to place a newsrack for the Kerrville Daily Times
in the Lobby of the Kerr County Courthouse. Said motion
failed for lack of a second.
