On this the 1.9th day of January 1.989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin,
the Court unanimously approved amending Order No. 18372 to
fix the following days and dates as the legal Holidays for
the County and that the Courthouse shall be closed on those

motion to rescind Order No. 18377. failed three to two.
