COURT EVERY THURSDAY
On this the 19th day of January 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Ray, Baldwin, Morgan and Holekamp voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion to amend
Order No. 18371, holding Commissioners' Court every Thursday,
was amended to remove the word "F.VF.RY" and to read Special
Commissioners' Court Meetings will. be held on Thursdays at
1:30 o'clock P. M.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED at .1:02 o'clock P.M. with all
officers present and the Court having duly opened the
following proceedings were had:

MOTION TO APPROVE THE HIRING OF LEGF,NA MILLS
IN THF. JUVENILE PROBATION OFFICF.
On this the 19th day of January 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved the hiring of Legena Mills in the
Juvenile Probation Office, effective January 10, 1989.
"" Legena will start at Pay Group 12, Step 1, $13,365.00
annually, $1,113.75 monthly, and $556.88 semi-monthly.
