MOTION TO APPROVE REPEAT OF WOOD TRAILS RANCH, LOT 41A
On this the 2nd day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Baldwin, Holekamp and Morgan and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray "ABSTAINING", said
motion to approve the replat of Wood Trails Ranch, Lot 41A,
with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's
Precinct Four was approved by a majority vote.
All improvements to be made shall comply with the existing
KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became
effective January 1st, 1984 and all current amendments
thereto.
