MOTION, THAT ON MR. MENEFEE'S RECOMMENDATION, WE PAY
M.P. SUTLER CONTRUCTION FOR PAVING OF WHITE WING
AND SPRING MEADOW ROADS
On this the 2nd day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved to pay 515,496.83 to M.P. Butler
Construction for the paving of White Wing and Spring Meadow
Roads.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and
County Auditor are authorized to draw a voucher in the amount
of $15,496.83, out of Line Item No. 15-611-553, Contract
Fees, made payable to M.P. Butler Construction,
(This order was	amended by	Order No. 18962,	dated February
13, 1989 to read	Base instead	of Paving.)
