CANVASS OF ELECTION RETURNS FOR 5PECIAL ROAD
TAX ELECTIONS
On this the 2nd day oŁ February 1989, came on to be
considered by the Court the returns to be canvassed, to
determine the results of the Special Road Tax Elections held
on January 21st, 1989, and the Court having canvassed and
tabulated the returns of the four elections and the Absentee
Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns,
after having been opened and canvassed, are true and correct
and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made 6y Commissioner Morgan, seconded by
Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved that the
returns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume 7, Page 100,
Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas, and as
certified thereto by the five members of the Court, are in
all respects approved.
