MOTION TO APPROVE CHAPTER 7, SECTION 7.02 (e) OF THE RULES
OF KERR COUNTY FOR PRIVATE SEWAGE FACILITIES
On this the 2nd day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Baldwin, Holekamp and Morgan voting "AYE", and
County Judge Edwards and Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", said
motion to approve Section 7.02(e) of the Rules of Kerr County
for Private Sewage Facilities passed by a majority vote as
written, but without the last sentence.
ORDER NO. 18413
MOTION TO ADD NEW PARAGRAPH TO SECTION 7.02 OF THE RULES
OF KERR COUNTY FOR PRIVATE SEWAGE FACILITIES
On this the 2nd day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved adding the following section to Chapter
7, Section 7.02 of the Rules of Kerr County for Private
Sewage Facilities:
(f) In order to protect the ground water, tank
placement, trenches or absorption beds shall
not be dynamited unless it is permitted and
