MOTION TO ADOPT THE RULES OF KERR COUNTY FOR PRIVATE
SEWAGE FACILITIES A5 AMENDED
On this the 2nd day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved adopting the balance of the Amendments
to the Rules of Kerr County For Private Sewage Facilities as
amended.

MOTION TO EXCLUDE ANY SUBDIVISION SET FOR PUBLIC
HEARING FROM THE AMENDED RULES OF KERR COUNTY FOR
PRIVATE SEWAGE FACILITIES
On this the 2nd day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to exclude any subdivision set for
Public Hearing from the amended Rules of Kerr County for
Private Sewage Facilities.
