On this the 2nd day of February 1989, upon motion made by
County Judge Edwards, seconded by Commissioner Ray, with
County Judge Edwards, and Commissioner's Ray and Morgan
voting '•AYE•', and Commissioner's Baldwin and Holekamp voting
"NAY", said motion to declare an Emergency and Amend the
Budget to transfer $10,000.00 from Surplus to Line Item No.
10-570-482, Alternate Housing, passed by a majority vote.
