Court unanimously approved the Bond of Oliver Green,
Constable, Justice Precinct #2.

MOTION TO APPROVE SANTIAGO GUTIERREZ ATTENDING SCHOOL
On this the 2nd day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved Santiago "Chago" Gutierrez
attending Civil Process School.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and
County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item
No. 10-560-487, Training School, payable to Frances Kaiser,
Kerr County Sheriff to reimburse the Civil Account, in the
amount of 523.00.
