MOTION THAT KERR COUNTY ENTER INTO LEGAL CONSULTATION
WITH NUECES COUNTY IN JAIL LAWSUIT
On this the 2nd day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Baldwin, Holekamp and Morgan, and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray "ABSTAINING", said
motion to enter into legal consultation with Nueces County in
a jail lawsuit against the Texas Department of Corrections
passed by a majority vote.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and the
County Auditor are authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item
No. 10-401-402, Legal Assistance, for not more than $400.00,
made payable to Bickerstaff, Heath & Smiley.

MOTION TO AMEND ORDER NO. 18280 ON REPEAT OF Y O
RANCHLAND
On this the 2nd day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to amend Order No. 18280 on the
replat of Y O Ranchland to include Tract 7 which was
inadvertently omitted.
