9, 1989 at 1:10 o'clock P.M. with all members of the Court
present, and the Court having duly opened the following
proceedings were had:

IN JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, PREC. #1 OFFICE
On this the 9th day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved the termination of Geneva (Tootsy?
B. Short in Justice of the Peace, Prec. #1 Office, effective
January 19th, 1989.
