MOTION TO APPROVE THE HIRING OF JAN M. SKOWRON
AS CIVIL CLERK IN JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, PREC. #1 OFFICE
On this the 9th day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Baldwin, Holekamp and Morgan, and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray "ABSTAINING", said
motion to approve the hiring of Jan M. Skowron as Civil Clerk
in Justice of the Peace, Prec. #1 office passed by a majority
vote.
The effective date of Mr. Skowron's employment is February 1,
1989 at Pay Group 11, Step 2, $13,040.00 annually, $1,086.67
monthly, and $543.33 semi-monthly.

MOTION TO APPROVE MANDATED PROVIDER AGREEMENT BETWEEN
DR. D. J. TRUITT, D.O. AND KERR COUNTY
On this the 9th day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved County Judge Edwards to sign a Mandated
Provider Agreement on behalf of Kerr County, between Dr. D.
J. Truitt, D.O. and Kerr County.
