APPROVE DR. ARTURO GONZALES AS JAIL DOCTOR AND COUNTY
HEALTH OFFICER
On this the 9th day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved the appointment of Dr. Arturo
Gonzales as Kerr County Jail Doctor and Kerr County Health
Officer effective February 14, 1989.

MOTION TO AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY JUDGE TO DO A
STUDY FOR A COMMON COUNTY LETTERHEAD
On this the 9th day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved the County Judge to do a study or workup
of a common county letterhead.

MOTION TO PAY $429.00 MEMBERSHIP FEE TO NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES
On this the 9th day of February 1989, Commissioner Ray moved
to pay the 5929.00 membership fee to the National Association
of Counties. Said motion failed for lack of a second.
