COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED FOR A PUBLIC HEARING on the
replat of Wood Trails Ranch Subdivision, Lots 52, 53, & 54 at
1:30 o'clock P.M. There were 7 members of the public
present. There was a short discussion in reference to
cleaning up the utilities. Mr. Menefee said we could not do
that at this time. Mr. Louis Moretich, who owns lots 46 and
47 said he was against the replat and would like to see it
stay as is.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED IN OPEN SESSION at 1:43
o'clock P. M. with all members present.

MOTION TO APPROVE REPEAT OF WOOD TRAILS RANCH
SUBDIVISION, LOTS 52, 53 & 54
On this the 9th day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Baldwin, Morgan and Holekamp voting "AYE", and
~~ Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", and County Judge Edwards
"ABSTAINING", the Court by a majority vote approved the
replat of Wood Trails Ranch Subdivision, Lots 52, 53 & 54,
with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's
Precinct 4.
All improvements to be made shall comply with the existing
KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REr>ULATIONS" that became
effective January 1st, 1984 and all current amendments
thereto.
