COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED AT 2:00 o'clock P.M. for a
public hearing on a 20 mile per hour speed limit for Dutch
Lane and School Lane in Hunt, Texas. There were no members
of the public present.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED IN OPEN SESSION at 2:05
o'clock P.M. with all members of the Court present.

MOTION TO APPROVE 20 MILE PER HOUR SCHOOL ZONE
FOR DUTCH LAND AND SCHOOL LANE IN HUNT, TEXAS
On this the 9th day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved establishing a 20 mile per hour speed
zone on Dutch Lane from Church Street to School Lane, and all
` of School Lane from beginning to Hwy. 1340, from 7:00 R.M. to
9:00 A.M. and from 2:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.

MOTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN 198TH DISTRICT COURT
On this the 9th day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to transfer 5250.00 from Line Item No.
11-436-495, Court Reporter Expense, to Line Item No.
11-436-496, Court Interpreter, and $845.00 from Line Item No.
11-436-494, Special Court Reporter, to Line Item No.
11-436-496, Court Interpreter, in the 198th District Court.
