Commissioner Baldwin announced due to the subject matter of the next item on the agenda, he had invited the owners of the Clubs affected, as well as representatives from the various law enforcement agencies and committees involved. There were eleven (11) members of the public present, which included the five owners of the clubs affected and members of the Substance Abuse Committee, as well as Tommy Hall, TABC Agent for Kerr County, Travis Hall, DPS Trooper, Rosie McCray, Kerrville Police, and Robert Denson, Kerr County Attorney. Tommy Hall, TABC Agent for Kerr County, said there were five (5) clubs in the County with a late hours license, and if there was an order passed recinding the late hours, the TABC would not enforce the order for thirty (3@) days. The TABC Office will notify each club and pick up the license, but there would be no refund of any money paid. Annette Butler, representing the Substance Abuse Committee, stated they were also seeking to get the City to rescind the city ordinance for late hours. County Judged Edwards ask Commissioner Baldwin to coordinate with the City Council on the possiblity of a joint meeting to discuss the late hours issue.
