COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN REGULAR SESSION on February
13, 1989 at 10:00 a.m. with all members of the Court present
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings
were had:

MOTION TO REFER THE COUNTY DEPOSITORY BIDS TO KERR COUNTY
AUDITOR, DON WILLIAMSON, FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION,
PRIOR TO AWARDING OF CONTRACT
On this the 13th day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved that the two (2) County Depository Bids
~ for Contracts to be let by the County, received from Chas.
Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, and First National Bank,
Kerrville, Texas be referred to the County Auditor Don
Williamson for study and recommendation, prior to awarding of
Contract.
