CLA1M5 AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 13th day of February 1989, came on to be
considered by the Court the various claims and accounts
against Kerr County and various Commissioners' Precincts,
which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of
General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Public
Library, Criminal Justice Division Grant, Juvenile State Aid
Fund, Traffic Safety Fund, and 216th District Probation Fund.
Motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner
Holekamp, with Commissioner's Morgan, Holekamp, and Ray and
County Judge Edwards voting "AYS", and Commissioner Baldwin
voting "NAY", the Court by a majority vote approved that said
bills be paid.
