Commissioner Holekamp "ABSTAINING", said motion to amend the
budget to establish new Line Item No. 10-665-338, Parenting
Class, and to transfer $477.00 from Line Item No. 10-665-310,
Office Supplies, to Line Item No. 10-665-338, Parenting
Class, passed by a majority vote.

Edwards voting '•AYE", and Commissioner Baldwin voting "NAY",
said motion to amend the budget to establish new Line Item
No. 10-570-338, Parenting Class, and to transfer $400.00 from
Line Item 10-570-482, Alternate Housing, to Line Item No.
10-570-338, Parenting Class, passed by a majority vote.
