MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES AS READ WITH EXCEPTION
THAT ORDER N0. 18408 BE AMENDED
On this the 13th day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court
unanimously approved the Minutes of the Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Session on January 9,
1989, Special Session on January 19, 1989, Special Session on
February 2, 1989, and Special Session on February 9, 1989, as
recorded in Volume R, Pages 152 thru 21.5, with the exception
of Order NO. 18408 which needs to be amended to read Base
instead of Paving.
