A5 COUNTY REPRESENTATIVE ON THE ANIMAL SHELTER
ADVISORY BOARD
On this the 13th day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to appoint Commissioner R. Gordon Morgan
the County Representative to the Animal Shelter Advisory
Board.
Commissioner Baldwin left at 2:20 o'clock P. M.
Commissioner Morgan left at 2:35 o'clock P.M.
ORDER NO. 18466
MOTION TO APPROVE THE EMPLOYMENT OF ROBERT L. ZUMWALT
AS PART-TIME DEPUTY SHERIFF
On this the 13th day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Ray, with
Commissioner's Holekamp and Ray and County Judge Edwards all
voting "AYE", and Commissioner's Baldwin and Morgan being out
of the room, said motion to approve the employment of Robert
L. Zumwalt as part-time Deputy Sheriff, to be paid 55.00 an
hour, as Bailiff for Courts as requested, effective February
8, 1989, was unanimously passed by the three.
Commissioner's Baldwin and Morgan returned at 2:39 o'clock
P.M.
