On this the 23rd day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved Gary R. Chapman, Deputy Sheriff,
attending Bloodstain Pattern Interpretation School on
February 21st thru February 24th.
The County Treasurer and County Auditor are hereby authorized
'., to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 10-560-487, Training
School, in the amount of 565.00 payable to Frances Kaiser,
Sheriff of Kerr County.

MOTION TO RATIFY ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF
INGRAM AND KERR COUNTY ON THE DRUG DOG "ZOWIE"
On this the 23rd day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved to ratify the addendum to the agreement
between the City of Ingram and the County of Kerr concerning
the drug dog "ZOwie".
