MOTION TO APPROVE MANDATED PROVIDER AGREEMENT
WITH THE MEDICINE SHOPPE
On this the 24th day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved the Mandated Provider Agreement between
The Medicine Shoppe and the County of Kerr and authorized
County Judge Edwards to sign the contract on behalf of the
County, effective February 23, 1989.

MOTION TO PAY A. C. SCHWETHELM $12,000.00 FOR 2.62
ACRE TRACT OF LAND ON SPUR 100
On this the 24th day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to write a check to A. C. Schwethelm for
$12,000.00 for the purchase of 2.62 acres of land on Spur
100, pending receipt of the Deed and the County Attorney
approving the deed with a clear title.
Upon approval from the County Attorney, Bob Denson, the
County Treasurer and County Auditor are hereby authorized to
draw a voucher on Line Item No. 10-409-575, Land Acquisition,
in the amount of $12,000.00 and payable to A. C. Schwethelm.
