The plat of Kerrville South II Subdivision is recorded in
Volume 4, Page 64, of the Plat Records of Kerr County. This
election is subject to verification of 50 registered voters
on petitions.
Should this proposition be approved by a majority of the
voters, the designated construction areas referred to above
will be contracted in a manner that relates to bid prices,
sequence of need and availability of funds.

FOR 100 COMPLETION OF CAMINO REAL
On this the 24th day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved to pay M. P. Butler Construction for the
100 completion of road and drainage improvements for Camino
Real Road.
The County Treasurer and County Auditor are hereby authorized
to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 15-611-553, Contract Fees,
payable to M. P. Butler Construction.
