MOTION TO PAY M.P. BUTLER CONSTRUCTION $3,139.16
TO FINALIZE BASE WORK AND DRAINAGE PORTION OF CONTRACT
ON WHITE WING AND SPRING MEADOW ROADS
On this the 24th day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court
unanimously approved to pay M. P. Butler Construction to
finalize base work and drainage portion of contract on White
Wing and Spring Meadow Roads.
The County Treasurer and County Auditor are hereby authorized
to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 15-611-553, Contract Fees,
payable to M. P. Butler Construction.
