MOTION TO AUTHORIZE NEW CONTRACT WITH M. P. BUTLER
CONSTRUCTION FOR COMPLETION OF WHITE WING, SPRING MEADOW
AND THAT PORTION OF CAMINO REAL BETWEEN HWY. 16
AND LILLIAN
On this the 24th day of February 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the
Court unanimously approved the County Road Engineer to draw
up a new contract between Kerr County and M. P. Butler
Construction for $8975.00 to include the following:
1. WHITE WING and SPRING MEADOW - the contractor will
pave the road, provide equipment and cleanup, and
final drainage.
2. CAMINO REAL - the contractor will provide the labor
and equipment to complete the road between Hwy. 16
and Lillian, and Kerr County will furnish the
material.
