ORDER NO. 18497 MOTION TO AUTHORIZE ROBERT REEVES TO DO APPRAISALS OF ELM PASS ROAD ON UP TO SIX (6) PARCELS AT $225.00 EACH, SHORT FORM, UP TO A MAXIMUM OF $1350.00 On this the 2nd day of March 1989, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved to hire Robert Reeves to do appraisals of Elm Pass Road on up to six (6) parcels at $225.00 each, short form, up to a maximum of $1350.00. I g$9~• COMMISSIONERS' COURT ADJOURNED AT 2:30 o'clock P. M. COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED IN A WORKSHOP at 2:45 o'clock P.M. at which time County Judge Edwards called for an executive session. Executive Session adjourned and the Court reconvened in open workshop session at 3:37 o'clock P.M. The school held by the Software Group was discussed. Bonnie White, Systems Administrator, said that three new programs would be ready in March, Accounts Receiveable and two additional programs for the Auditors office. As soon as the mainframe is expanded, Software will send a group to train the Jail, the Sheriff's Office and the County Attorney's Office. It was also decided that Mrs. White would put the January payroll and February payroll on the system and in March the Treasurer would run the payroll on her old system and on the Mainframe. Then if all went smooth start using the mainframe system for payroll in April. Dorothy Hilburn, County Treasurer, reported she would need a faster printer in order to do this.
